A repeat prescription can be obtained by :
- online
- by telephone after 2.00pm daily (except Thursday)
- by post (include a SAE)
- in person.
Please allow 48 hours to process your request.
You can register for On-Line services by telephoning the reception for your PIN number.
Once you have completed your registration, click the button to the left "Online Access", and follow the links.
Please have the correct name and strength of your medication to hand.
All patients receiving repeat prescriptions should arrange to see their doctor or practice pharmacist at least once a year to have their medication reviewed.
Emergency/Acute Prescriptions
If you think a script is needed urgently please request an urgent appointment with the GP.
Requests for acute prescriptions ordered before 12.30pm will usually be ready for collection within 24 hours (ie next day).
No prescriptions are issued after 5.00pm daily unless for an emergency.
